How to Open the AliExpress CSV Download

Profitario lets you download your AliExpress order data as a CSV file for analysis in spreadsheet applications like Excel.

Downloading the CSV#

1. Go to Reports > AliExpress in Profitario.
2. Select the timeframe for the data you want to export.
3. Click Download CSV.

Opening and Preparing in Excel#

Working with the Data#

Removing Duplicates#

1. Select column A (order IDs).
2. Go to Data > Remove Duplicates.
3. When prompted to expand the selection, choose Expand collection.
4. Ensure only column A is selected for duplicate detection.
5. Click OK to remove duplicate rows.

Calculating Totals#

Use the SUM formula on the payment_total_target column to calculate the total amount for your selected timeframe.

Filtering by Status#

1. Go to Home > Sort & Filter > Filter.
2. Click the triangle icon on the column header you want to filter by.
3. Select the status values you want to view.
